The death of democracy is not likely to be an assassination from ambush. It will be a slow extinction from apathy, indifference, and undernourishment.
Humanity's survival does not depend on reducing differences to a common identity, but on learning to live creatively with differences.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Presumption means nothing more than as stated by Lord Mansfield, the weighing of probabilities, and deciding, by the powers of common sense, on which side the truth is.
